Terms of Service

MedSpa Scale provides software that analyses how your med spa appears across Google, local search, AI search and competitor activity, and surfaces recommendations to help you attract more patients. It's an insights tool — it informs your decisions, it doesn't make guarantees.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. They are month-to-month with no long-term contract and no setup fees — you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Free plans and trials are offered as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping or reselling the product, no unlawful use, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access. Don't upload patient health information or other sensitive personal data.

Our insights rely on public and third-party data sources that change over time and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We work to keep them reliable, but we don't warrant specific rankings, traffic, bookings or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

MedSpa Scale and its software, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Your business data remains yours.

The service integrates with and links to third parties (for example Google, Meta and payment processors). Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services, and we're not responsible for them.

Apex SEO Systems LLC, the company behind MedSpa Scale, sends text messages to people who have opted in to receive them — such as replies to your enquiries, service and account notifications, and, where you have separately consented, marketing messages about our products. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP — after you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you need assistance, reply HELP or email nick@medspascale.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex SEO Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
